Pre-Existing Home Inspection
RSH Engineering offers a comprehensive Pre-Existing Home Inspection (PEHI) that covers every aspect of your new home. Some builders may hire an inspector to conduct this inspection. It’s in your best interest to get an independent report from RSH Engineering before taking possession of the house. Our exhaustive inspection follows a strict 300-point “Engineer’s” checklist. Ultimately, you will receive a clear report with photos and solutions, which our licensed and professional engineers seal and sign. With this detailed report, you can approach your builder with authority, backed by a licensed engineer, instead of a report from a home inspector that the builder may not be obligated to comply with.
